Year 2 - Year 3  Transition

Year 2 Transition for September 2024

Welcome to our year 2 to year 3 transition page.  You will find links to all letters regarding transition as well as forms to be completed.  If you are unsure of anything or need to discuss something with us please contact the school office.

We are so proud of our school and enjoy taking visitors around school.  If you are in the process of deciding on which Junior School to send your child to, we would suggest you have a look through the information below and then contact us to arrange a visit with your child.  Where possible we like to take you around on your own with your child after school so that we can discuss any individual needs your child has or questions.
